This utility can be used to open multiple ports to a single device or devices on your home network.
Application Forwarding Services
- Access the web interface for your fibre router.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Click Security on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click Application Forwarding on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Select the service you would like to apply from the Service list.
- Then either:
- Select the devices you would like to open on from the Device drop down.
- Or, enter the IP address of the device you would like to open the website on in the IP Address field.
- Click the Apply button.
Creating the Configuration for a New Service
- Access the web interface for your fibre router.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Click Security on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click Application Forwarding on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the New button.
- Click the New button.
- Enter the Name of the service you would like to open.
- Select the Protocol from the drop-down list.
- Enter the Port Start for the service you would like to open .
- Enter the Port End for the service you would like to open . If you only need to block a single port number.
- Click Apply.
- Repeat steps 8 to 11 to include additional ports to block for one application or click the Go Back button to complete the setup.
- Your new service should appear in the Service list mentioned in the Application Forwarding Services section above.
