The voicemail service allows callers to leave a message should you be unable to answer your phone. The Voicemail service is accessed by dialing * 1 (the “Star” symbol followed by “1”) from your telephone handset.
Before using the Voicemail service, you will need to record your personal greeting.
To set up your personal greeting, dial * 1 (the “Star” symbol followed by “1”) from your hand-set, select option 0 (“Zero”) and follow the instructions. You are able to record messages that play when the phone in not answered but also when the phone is engaged.
