To connect your Freesat set-top box or Freesat enabled television, you will require an “F”-type cable as shown below.
You will need to insert the cable into the wall outlet marked “SAT 1”. Should you have a set-top box or television that allows you to record a second channel while watching another channel, you will need a second cable and this will need to be inserted into the socket labelled “SAT 2”.
Please be careful when inserting the cables to ensure that the centre pin of the connector is mated correctly with the connector on the wall outlet. Freesat have produced a useful guide to setting up your equipment which can be found here.
